As long as she doesn’t say other stuff like pizza, video games and alicorns, we’re good.

…And this is why unicorns live forever.

It just makes you want to… make expositional statements off to the side, where a camera might be if you were being filmed.

Zebras come pretty close to being as good as unicorns.

But we know that zebra voices are not mellifluous, and we also know that unicorn voices must certainly be mellifluous; otherwise they wouldn’t be soothing background noise.

Take a visit to the ‘Heart of the city’ strip today. For the last few Sundays she’s been visiting kids from other strips…

I’d love to see a schizophrenic Marigold.

A strip where she gets put under a spell, consumes a magic potion of some kind or something that temporarily renders her panicked or just chatty and psychotic and doing word salads like this.

Maybe even where she drives herself to tears and has a nervous breakdown and then the spell wears off and she’s fine again.

or put in a different other schizophrenic, psychotic unicorn character who might not make sense, but is a fun and curious character anyway.

Dana could and should include characters who have unique disabilities or psychological differences.

The series should one day feature an autistic kid and show them in a good light.

It would be an interesting change up.

There’s pride month and then there’s autism awareness month.

Dana has shown the good in all people through her comics and makes it clear that they are just as much human as us.

Handwash. Wireless speaker. Boubon Creams. Hairbands. Chewing Gum. Deodorant. Headphones… hmmm!

Well now, hold on, let’s get back to dinner rolls.

I see our girls made a guest appearance in the “Heart of the City” comic today!

Marigold, I will fight you over dinner rolls. Especially with half-melted, salty butter.

I’ve never understood why she doesn’t just conclude “everything” as things not as good as unicorns and save everybody some time. Because let’s be honest here, according to her, that would be the end conclusion she’d want everybody making.

C’mon. Halifax, Nova Scotia is almost as good as a Unicorn.

Hang on now, we honeymooned in Halifax Nova Scotia and it was pretty good, especially the lobster dinner at ‘Your Fathers moustache’ , which still exists to this day. However they no longer have lobster on their dinner menu. So perhaps some of the allure of Halifax has dimmed a little over time.

Why bother trying to list them all, Marigold? It’ll take years to get to the end of that list. Just say “Everything that is not a unicorn” and be done with it!
