That happened to me in Orlando, Florida. I hung up and about 2 minutes later they called back. Having worked in prisons, 2 minutes seems like an eternity when you need assistance.

….and what makes it worse, is talking to a ROBOT, and can’t decipher what you want….I just hang up because I can’t tolerate the incompetence of companies who use this mode for Customer Service…BOO HISS

This happens way too often in cities where the police have been defunded or “replaced” by social workers.
