I could see how that purple stuff that dries clear could easily be mistaken for grape flavored lip balm. Hint: If it doesn’t taste like Kool-Aid grape drink, you’d better read the label.
I was so groggy the other morning that I didn’t even realize I had rubbed tartar control Crest into my scalp until the toothbrush full of Brylcreem hit my gums.
Sounds impossible but I once put superglue in my eye from a bottle that looked exactly like my eyedrops bottle. Fortunately, I had a boda bag of water handy and flushed my eye before heading for the ER. The water made the glue turn to grit, which scratched my cornea. I had to wear an eyepatch for 3 days but no other ill effects.
I don’t think they sell superglue in that type of bottle anymore.
