if yours is empty⠄⠄⠄PARK THE DANM CAR IN IT !!

Have the car and a bunch of boxes from our move that we keep wanting to go through when the weather is neither too hot or too cold..

And now you know why most caves are currently uninhabited.

Wanda, the idea is to get away from the kids.

Methinks she doesn’t quite grasp the concept of what a mancave is…..

Yeah, shut that down, Wanda! What would be the point of Daryl getting the benefit of anything, ever?

A man-cave requires MUCH less cleaning than her idea.

People leave a $50K car in the weather so they can put useless junk, that they will never use again, in the garage. I don’t get it, but I guess I don’t get a lot of things these days.

She should insist on her own cave.

I’ll pass on the man cave in the garage. It’s nice not having a car that is snow covered and freezing in the winter and blazing hot in the summer.

It starts with an old refrigerator. Then, the old coffee maker. The ratty lounger from the basement, where the new She Shed is taking shape.

Park your car IN the garage? What a waste of space. Where else are you going to put all the crap you don’t need and won’t get rid of? When I moved to my current home, I needed a HUGE bin to cart away all the junk I didn’t realize I had accumulated and never used.

Ugh! Don’t you even know the definition of fun, woman?!

Let’s see a She-shed, a Man cave, and a Games room. cool

WE put my shop/man cave in the basement. Wife has her she-cave/sewing room down there too. That leaves the garage for the car, SxS and motorcycle.

Wanda, that’s called a Family Room and you already have one. Just turn off the TV. Problem Solved!!!

Just throw a bunch of games in the garage and lock the kids inside. That’s the easiest way to get the same results.

Today in “National Pick Blueberries day”

We have a detached garage where you have to open the gates to drive in. We had dogs since we moved in so it was a hassle to keep opening and closing the gates and checking for the dogs. We decided to turn the garage into an all season entertainment room. We have a pull down screen to keep the bugs out when it’s nice out and heat and A/C when it’s not. We spend the majority of our evenings out there and really enjoy it.

Grow a pair Daryl. You deserve time to yourself too.

When Wanda wants some time alone, she retreats to the bathroom, soaking in a warm tub with a scented candle and a glass of wine.

Where can Darryl go when he wants some time alone? His only options seem to be the garage or the hardware store, neither of which offer a truly relaxing atmosphere.

Our garage is my man cave. My workbench, tool box, beer fridge and old school stereo are in there. But the rule is both cars must fit, other than the odd time where a home repair project is going on, and then only a day or two. If the other neighborhood gray hairs see me out there they always stop by for a beer or cocktail and an AC/DC album.

But the she shack will be done without consultation.

Not what Darryl had in mind Wanda.

A few more years and they will be gone. Be patient grasshopper…..

Psh, Daryl, my whole house is a man-cave. [heheh]

My garage is big enough I parked my F350 crew cab in it along with a Polaris Ranger and a riding lawnmower. It is 24 X 24 and I have a little room for some tools and junk. The F350 shrank into a Ford Ranger crew cab.

I’ve got the whole basement. I’ll park my car in the garage, thank you very much.
