When I found out I was dissociative, the voices started talking with each other. They didn’t always include me in their discussions. True Story.

Probably got an earworm.

Listen to the voice. Seems to know you, eh.

Whar? Did you say something?

Everyone has parallel channels. Enjoying a conversation with one person while going over a shopping list, worrying about loved ones, who to call next, etc. It is human and natural and sometimes frustrating.

So does mine.

And…..

Well the voices in my head only use ASL so don’t know what they are saying.

but they won’t listen to my advice
