Cut those calories with sweetner. lol

Just did that today. Broke the cholesterol meter. Afterwards celebration; McDonald’s breakfast number one, egg McMuffin meal with large coffee. The meal was a ten! That is, it was $10.

Level off a Krispy Creme with a diet soda. Suuure, that works.

I usually go to IHOP after fasting.

And everybody knows how healthy Splenda is for you… NOT!

So, by using Spenda instead of sugar, they saved 16 calories. They should celebrate with a Krispy Kreme doughnut or two for breakfast dessert.

Not to mention the repast one deserves after one’s colonoscopy.

Fasting? What fasting? Me ain’t does no steenkin fasting.

To each their own ….

Isn’t he going to order anything for Mrs. Plugger?

No bacon on my burgers! Bacon is too good to not give it top billing. We had out first ripe slicing tomatoes this week, BLTs on my wife’s fresh baked rolls.

Where’s his band-aid?

My post-fasting breakfast of choice: a couple of filled doughnuts

Fries, tots, or rings? They have churros for dessert, too.

One large Super Meat Lovers Supreme pizza with extra cheese and a 55-gallon drum of Diet Coke, please!

I lived in a small rural town with two excellent diners. For some reason the farmers all gathered at McDonalds. I’ll never understand why.

No fast food joints between me and the clinic. I would have to indulge in a 1 hour round trip to find one.

They are RUINING the coffee ! ! !

I had a friend who used to order “2 Big Macs, a large order of fries, & a large TAB – I’m on a diet.”

I thought fasting earned them the Kidz Meal.

years ago I was getting prepped for surgery, and a gal in a nearby cubicle, who was also scheduled for surgery, was asked if she had anything to eat since midnight, and she said she was so hungry that she had a bite of a peanut butter sandwich. Needless to say they had to cancel her surgery, so when they say don’t eat anything, don’t eat anything!… (you can always make up for it later, as pictured above!)
