It used to be called “burying the lead,” meaning not beginning—that is, leading—the news story with the important point. I’ve no idea when journalism started spelling it “lede”, or why.

The lede? ‘the opening sentence or paragraph of a news article, summarizing the most important aspects of the story.’ So what did he say?

Before human beings started burning stuff, the Earth’s climate was both stable and ideal: Never too hot. Never too cold. Always just right.

This kind of presentation of the problem possibly could become a way to present the climate change problem in a way that actually would get people’s attention. First a chuckle or laugh and then maybe a H-m-m-m-m- I wonder . . .

    Couldn’t hurt to try.

Climate changes. It has long before mankind trod upon the Earth. It has been driven by many factors, solar activity, proximity to the moon, volcaninc activity, et al. Proof that human activity has any appreciable effect on the climate is just not there. Yet. Show me some proof. Not the consensus of scientists nonsense most people cite. A consensus does not prove anything. Testable hypotheses with repeatable results are proof.

Ah, the “Man-Made” climate hoax propaganda continues.

Climate change is a natural phenomenon and not meaningfully impacted by man. The hoax is all about securing more control to elitists who seek to depopulate the planet and make serfs of those who remain.

The Antarctic ice sheet continues to grow back on it normal cycle towards above normal levels. It oscillates over a decade or two. That is because the earth has homeostatic correcting mechanisms for climate. See: usicecenterDOTgovSLASHProductsSLASHAntarcTrendGraph

Further, the Greenland Surface Mass Balance is greater now than in 2012-2013- all is normal there too.

After 35+ years of nonstop scandals, nonstop frauds, and a hundred percent failure rate of the predictions of global warming catastrophe, anyone who still believes in “climate change” (aka OMG! Imminent! Global! Catastrophe!) is a willfully ignorant moron. I have yet to meet any of the True Believers who actually knows the core scientific hypothesis behind this massive fraud.

Nothing wrong with discussing so called climate change. I believe it’s natural, not man made. Only God can change it to the degree that others want to be alarmed about. If you look at any timeline of pictures of coastlines, there has been more building going on on shorelines than more water taking said shorelines. Sun activity and volcanic activity causes more change than cows farting or gasoline powered cars being driven. I will not be driven to alarm or fear, or driven to change my ways, just because a few bought and paid for scientists declair it so, or some politician who flies everywhere says it’s so. Other than that, I love Eddie and his adventures and story telling.

Yes, ruining the climate with all the fossil fuels used to produced and build the wind and solar farms, and charge the electric vehicles. That’s right. Those charging stations are usually hooked up to a coal or natural gas powered electricty system.
