I once got a bruise on my fingernail that looked like North America. As my nail grew out, it looked like the earth was rotating, until Hawaii disappeared. :D :D :D

I got a bruise that looked like a huge kiss print once. I’d had my gall bladder out and the bruise formed around one of the incisions.

I get bruises very easily. My doctors have told me it’s most likely a side effect of the inhaled steroids I have to use to control my asthma.

Too bad it isn’t permanent, to change shape like a Rorschach inkblot, to give Earl indication of her mood changes.

Growing old is not for the faint of heart!

My wife and I call them old people bruises

At 70 now, I see bruises in places that I have no memory of hitting. Right now I am looking at one on my right forearm with a circular appearance that I do not remember bumping. Of course, that may also be a sign of a memory issue.

Old people have thin skin…… bruises are EASY

I wonder if the sun damage on my face looks like some kind of tattoo.

I’m at the age where my tattoos change from blue to purple to green … like a chameleon.

i wish i could be around (won’t be) to see how these total tatted kids look what they and their skin looks like when they’re 80

I have no idea how or where I get most of mine. it’s another sign of getting old and it bites.

In 36 years of nursing, I’ve seen a LOT of tattoos- the recipients ranging from old sailors to young gang members to hip grandmas. As the ink fades and the skin stretches and wrinkles, a lot of tattoos do simply look like bruises.

Taking a blood thinner leaves way too many ugly bruises……..
