Yeah, yeah…. We know we’ve gotten old.

It’s a wonder that Arlo didn’t burn out his retinas. ;)

But she is breaking out a bottle of wine.

I am sometimes wistful and reminisce about the days when I wore a younger man’s clothes.

Awwww!

Yes, they were great times. And it has only gotten better. We’re both in our 70s now, and I swear she looks half that age. She says she’s happy I have poor eyesight, and I say I am an expert in judging women’s bodies.

Treasure those memories…….

If I were to sun bathe, I’d have to stretch out so it’d even out the wrinkles. And I can’t do it on the beach. Do-gooders are always trying to drag me back into the surf.

Interesting that the speech balloons in the first panel lack tails to indicate that the speech is coming from elsewhere (the present) than the scene depicted (the past).

I remember being in Daytona Beach for spring break in 1980, lying around a pool, and some gal had her bra unhooked and got up and asked if I wander to put lotion on her. I said I was a good Catholic…no.
