I can’t stand Jeff. He’s nothing but a caricature of a lazy, entitled millennial, and I fault Trudeau for failing to give him any qualities beyond that. Even his parents don’t like him.

Conservative icon George F. Will has endorsed Kamala Harris. He DID have the best line of 2016: “Anybody who would be willing to be Trump’s running mate would be unqualified, because he would think Trump was qualified.”

Dang, Jeff is really the only character in Doonesbury that I dislike. He’s stupid yet arrogant and everyone in the strip seems to give him breaks. I can’t believe that anyone, let alone the CIA, would even consider hiring someone like him. Give me a laid back Zonker or Zipper or even Uncle Stupidhead instead! And yeah, I know it’s just a comic. By the way, my “stupid yet arrogant” isn’t meant to be a political comment about anyone, even if it sounds like it is.
