Who are they (who are saying that)? Where are they?

[Everyone who is not on the ark has drowned by now.]

It seems more likely they’ll get eighty days worth of rainfall in only one day.

But only close to the source waters. You could probably just build a compound a bit inland, away from the coastal cities where all the people of the world lived before roads were a thing.

Unless ‘they’ are the wise owls, I would just consider it a rumor and let everyone off at the next mountain.

I think that is the smallest ark ever depicted.

It only rained in Mesopotamia anyway. Noah didn’t need to go to Africa to round up more animals.

Imagine the poop shoveling on that boat. It would be a full-time job for all humans on board.

It is always cooler when it rains, not warmer.

There’s no such thing as global warming. At least that’s what all my diehard Republican friends say.

You can bet that when that forty days and forty nights of rain began the weatherman said it was going to be sunny and nice all day—which just proves that even back they they didn’t get it right. :-P

You can believe that there is not God, and you can believe that there is no such thing as manmade global weather change.

You can be wrong, but just realize that at some point you will have to face the consequences of your decisions.

The Bible says that there was an expanse of water below and one above Genesis 1:6-8. That was part of the water loosed during the flood. There was a torrential downpour for 40 days and 40 nights also and the water overwhelmed the earth for 150 days Genesis 7:24. Yes, the dead are conscious of nothing right now Ecclesiastes 9:5, 10 but awaiting resurrection to earth John 5:28, 29. Jesus showed his power over death when he raised several people from the dead and which he will do in the future. He would have had no need to resurrect any dead if they were in heaven.

Here’s a thought… for those that don’t believe, then, don’t believe. For those that do, keep on, keeping on, but, there should be respect for both points of view, and beliefs, without being bad-mouthed for anyone’s choice. This has been a public service announcement. We now return you to your regularly scheduled comics, thank you.
