Okay kids, today’s lesson is ‘Going on Strike’. Just think of it as learning about collective bargaining.

Transitory o.k. though furry instance?

Some (kids) seem to dress as if every day is Halloween.

From what I could glean, over the years, various school boards over the years have banned various costumes depending on the sensitivities of that particular board or the complaints from various parents. Often, a single complaint will get a board to ban something. Heck, a Texas school board banned kids from wearing anything black.

Excellent! I’m going as a fence this year.

So they all dressed up as teachers.

That reminds me of the list of banned locations posted on the duty board of military installations and the list of banned books. My guidelines to success.

In this day and age from that list, I would have to go with Sexy Nurse, maybe one with a red dot on my forehead and a feather in my cap.

Everybody just dress up in the normal clothing of the opposite sex and all will be hunky-dory.

Reminds me of an early Christmas-themed episode of SOUTH PARK, where the adults were offended by various renditions of the holiday in a school play, the only way to satisfy all of the grievances was to remove the holiday from the play, which ticked off everyone.
