The mysterious homicide division appears again. Only mysterious to me because it’s something that didn’t exist in years past, as far as I remember.

“I’ll wake Sam and we’ll get on it. After lunch, of course.”

Nice to see Pat again. It’s been a while. Or so it seems.

And I still have questions about the so-called “fake” ID. Do we know if it’s actually a fake or if old man Totten simply wanted to claim it was a fake to wash his hands of the guy? The fact he showed no concern at the idea of fake IDs being around suggests it could have been real but he wanted plausible deniability, it was an actual fake (if that isn’t an oxymoron) but supplied by Totten – again for plausible deniability, or logic was caught in the TA bathroom with its pants down.

I think I might drop this strip. The art is great, better than it has ever been in fact, but the storytelling is just off.

Eric seems to like the word ‘screwy.’ Back during the Libris arc, Tracy thought there was something screwy about the murder of Wilhelmina Caxton (9/22/23)….

Tracy, start with the TA officer who was checking out his cell phone while the murder occurred.

………perhaps he could team up with Fearless Fosdick on this one……..Sam’s maybe still “a ’lil winded” from the recent Minit Misery caper?…….

This plot Is almost as confusing as Trump’s closing speeches before oblivion. But maybe all Will becomes clear next Sunday when Trump hopefully Will be toast

A “death in custody” usually gets the media in an uproar.Not that anybody actually MISSES WEndy Wichel, but she’s been absent for about 2 years

she last showed up getting all freaked out by something Libris the Librarian whispered to her…

it just about made her schitt her knickers…

So the deceased was snuffed out to close off any links he had with the Totten Organization. Did the guy have a rap sheet? Homicide is dealing with what looks like a robbery. As they say, appearances can be deceiving.
