A while back, I read about someone that had two guest chairs in his office. He had shortened the front legs on one of them so that it made a visitor in that chair uncomfortable and more likely to leave. He offered chairs based on whether he really wanted to talk to someone.

He bought it at Lumbar Liquidators.

I read somewhere that seats in fast food restaurants are designed to be uncomfortable after a short while so people won’t linger. (Doesn’t seem to stop the geezer coffee clique at my local McDonalds.)

No one really knows he’s an introvert and hates company!

Where can I get one of those? Are they available at Costco?

I wish I had one of those back when I would have company. Now, I pretty much have a “NOT WELCOME” mat out.
