I like this idea. Bet it’s pricey, though.

and I have the best deal ever – the bread machine, dough setting. Pizza is like the cheapest thing in the world to make at home – and the dough keeps very, very well in the refrigerator. I make a double batch of dough, divide it – it makes luscious breadsticks, wonderful calzones, and oh yeah, pizza! I top it with whatever is left over in the frig.

    350 F won’t cook a pizza!

We ordered a pizza-to-go while staying at a hotel once, and got one of this ready-to-bake type. Not quite what we’d been looking for.

I used to live near a Papa Murphy’s, and I’ve never had better pizza. Now I’ve moved, and the nearest Papa Murphy’s is in the next town. I don’t believe that Papa Murphy’s delivers.

Everything’s different when it has to be gluten free.

Thanks, Underwriter, you said it for me. Portland, Oregon has Flying Pie, which offers a gluten-free crust, but 24$ is too much for a pizza that’s not large, let alone giant. Better to make it myself. Luckily I can eat spelt.

In Chicago we have Homemade Pizza which sells uncooked or partially cooked pizzas that you finish in your own oven.

350 F is not nearly hot enough for pizza — 550 or as high as your oven will go. An preheat the stone for an hour.
