Actually, just a fact of psychology, Narcissus is only one of Bonespurs’ derangement syndrome diagnoses. He pretty much takes from every page of the DSM.
I need a cartoonist to take some of my ideas and draw them. One shows a psychiatrist’s office, and on the couch is a patient who has clearly been squashed flat by an anvil; the doctor is saying “…but your underlying problem is that you’re a cartoon”.
I know it’s just a sight gag and yet another obvious swipe at “you know who” (which is totally acceptable and Stephen Colbert’s entire career is based on it), but playing the devil’s advocate, so to speak, having a male therapist and a couch could suggest to some rather sensitive people that if this therapist has female clients, that it promotes “patriarchy” and “rape culture”. Okay, I’m reaching and I don’t believe that personally. I guess I’ve been sampling too much news and social media lately. BTW, if you put a space between the “e” and “r” in therapist, it becomes even more interesting.
Not to mention the FACT that if you are constantly complaining and threatening to obstruct ANY AND ALL INVESTIGATIONS into your crooked finances and illegal overseas contacts and money laundering, you are NOT INNOCENT, no matter how much you whine and kvetch that you are!!
I don’t think he is stupid. Stupid people don’t rise to this level of power. People say and do stupid things, of course. I think he may be clueless at times, and yes, unstable. He really needs to admit that he’s in over his head and have the courage to step down before he really wreaks havoc on this country.
“Star to President of the United States (on my first try). I think that would qualify as not smart, but genius….and a very stable genius at that!” – Donald J. Trump, Tweet of January 6, 2018. It’s the Big Lie principle; you tell a lie so big, so outrageous, that it stuns the listeners. Then you repeat it over and over and people start to believe it. See Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf, vol. I, ch. X; “Even though the facts which prove this to be [untrue] may be brought clearly to their minds, they will still doubt and waver and will continue to think that there may be some other explanation. For the grossly impudent lie always leaves traces behind it, even after it has been nailed down, a fact which is known to all expert liars in this world and to all who conspire together in the art of lying.” (As translated by James Murphy.)
The need to call a meticulously crafted ethical prosecution of multiple felonies committed by your associates, friends, family (and yourself) a “witch hunt” means you don’t understand the meaning of “witch” or “hunt” or much of anything else.
I thought I was subscribed to a non-political cartoon here. But the Wiley bears should have clued me that it’s more commentary than funny. Some of the time.

I agree. If you’re a genius you’re better off keeping it a secret. Intellectuals are targeted by the shadow government.

When dealing with a liar you need to determine who they are trying to convince: their audience or themselves.

I like this one since it is to the point:
What Donald Trump really is
A weak man’s idea of a strong man.
A stupid man’s idea of a smart man.
A poor man’s idea of a rich man.
We see it proven again and again by his followers.
