Every destination-less journey begins with a single drop.

When I was little, my older siblings used to take us on a “penny walk.” We’d walk to the end of the block and flip the coin twice. Two heads meant turn left. Two tails was turn right. One heads, one tails meant go straight. Never knew where it’d take us, but it was fun. Somehow, it always ended up back at home.

Well, it looks like there is going to be some excitement. Excitement does make for an interesting adventure. Soooo, mission accomplished.

Without a destination, there’s no journey by definition. At best all you have is a wander… If course, ‘all that wander are not lost’, but most are….

The Three Princes of Serendip had a well-defined objective and destination in mind when they began the journey. The many unexpected adventures they had along the way gave rise to the term serendipity. What happens when you jump off a cliff with your eyes closed isn’t serendipity – it’s stupidity culminating in an accident.

Just keep going like that and you will eventually meet someone who is willing to plan your journey for you – a cult, a business acquaintance, a government, a boss…

We’ll be relying on horse sense today.
