I’ve been on several podcasts and they are just like radio, except that you can call them up when you want to hear them. They are more professionally produced than most Instagram/TikTok/YouTube videos.

Looks more like a scene from the original 1956 “Invasion of the Body Snatchers”. Gives you the willies, doesn’t it? The Count refused to watch the remake, btw.

Some content on podcasts are entertaining such as true crime. A few are interesting such as ones based on science. One or two political podcasts keep me posted on the latest court filings and indictment journeys.

Whenever I need to shell peas, I usually cast the pods straight out of the window, into the street below.

If I wanted to meet people while doing it, though, it wouldn’t be in the middle of the night.

Why fear all podcasts, there are some for entertainment (comic book adaptations, D&D, mythology), some educational (genealogy)

Everybody has a voice and everyone has a right to make it heard by whatever medium works best for them.

That being said, I am thankful I am not required to watch/listen to any of them.

He’s a legend in his own mind.

Today’s “influencers” think they have influence? Pfah. Nobody had more influence on me than my mom, and it’s unlikely that anyone else ever will. (No, no, Honey, just commenting on a comic strip.)

Actually todays topic is not far fetched. Podcasts, especially the YouTube type are very relevant and highly participated in . There’s a whole world going on, and it’s not based on the Facebook Grandma world. Not Maga, Not Woke, just happening, and quite a bit of it politically agnostic. People are looking for community that is not part of the “Current screaming match, or jello fight”. Not everything is about morning TV personalities. Time to wake up ! Class dismissed, oh, and Happy Friday Folks !

Being a pod-caster is apparently not a 9-5 job. But, alternatively, he/she apparently, also, doesn’t mind being interrupted.

If my pod needed a cast, I’d take it to a podiatrist.
