A farmer had an old horse out in the pasture.Trouble was, birds would build their homes in the hair on the back of the horse’s neck.So the farmer asked the veterinarian what to do.The vet said to just sprinkle some baker’s yeast on the horse’s neck. The farmer was skeptical but he went home and sprinkled some yeast on the horse’s neck, the birds flew away, and the horse was happy. The farmer went back to the vet and said, “It worked, but I want to know why?”The vet said, “Haven’t you heard, yeast is yeast and nest is nest and never the mane shall tweet.”

Hmm… I know I’ve heard this gag before, but it was the other way around. Someone wanted a bunny or wanted to save a bunny from being killed and a condition that they had was to name the bunny “Hops” and feed it beer or something. :-s
