So true, Pig!

Kind of depends on what you do for a living. While people need more than just work to be happy, it doesn’t hurt to have a job that you enjoy doing.

Priorities!

Ha! A living provides those good friends, food and music. No one wants to be around a cheap skate

It is, Pig. It is.

I’m taking what they’re giving

Life is just a matter of waiting for the end. I work so I don’t have to do that waiting outside, unclothed and hungry

Moves aside ya amateurs. Me is work for food.

An older gentleman I knew always asked ‘’What do you do for fun?’’. Works much better at breaking the ice when meeting people.

There is nothing worse than no work to do.

I’m taking what they’re giving cuz I’m workin’ for a living.

YES! A thousand times, YES! Your job / career is NOT your LIFE! Your job only PAYS FOR your life! It is hard, especially for men, to realize this. LIFE is what happens AFTER you check out for the day, and you go to experience the things that really important – your family, your volunteer work, your hobbies, your recreation. These are the things where you are really needed, your job will replace you shortly once you’re gone, or if they don’t, you weren’t really that vital there to begin with.For thousands of years, no one got to choose their occupation. But now we do, and we somehow get deluded into thinking that is our purpose / mission. That leads to a very unhappy life, because even if you trained for your dream job, there will be days / years when it is just WORK. If you hate your job, join millions of others in history, wipe your tears on your paycheck, and go home and start living.

It is Pig. It really is.

All work and no play makes Pig an unhappy boy.

Pig is so humble.
