Raise the head of the bed. It really helps to have one’s head higher.

Separate beds are bliss , as long as you have visiting rights!

Opal think about this you would no longer be beside a dirty old man ;-)

Studies have shown that it might be better to leave beds unmade. It allowed the sheets to dry out thus killing off some of the dust mites.

Why on earth couldn’t he make his own bed? Ridiculous that she should!

But the benefit is that Earl won’t sleep on that comforter that you bought a few weeks back!

We haven’t made ours for years. No one sees it so why bother?

I prefer cartoon characters with eyeballs. Roscoe has eyeballs.

If I were him….. I’d get separate HOUSES..!!!!

Separate beds may not be in order…I can see the benefit of separate sets of blankets though.

My wife and I agree – we didn’t get married to sleep by ourselves.

Separate beds? Earl and Opal need to sleep in different counties!

I can hear it now, “No Roscoe. Where is my precious Roscoe? He should be in every panel."

Ear plugs is the answer, I use them every night.

I read somewhere once that it’s actually healthier to NOT make your bed every day, given the possibility of bedbugs. They thrive better in beds that are made every day. But….my wife would have none of that. Bed must be made every day. And yes we probably would sleep better in separate beds, but at what price?

Time times I wished had 2 separate bedrooms in a 3 bedroom house with son and daughter, not worried on making bed, no company. So when hubby was working hard hours I tell him better get to bed for his noise maker and I stay up and read, when I tried still had to wait. Once when our daughter tried to make it on her own then occasional I tried to go to her room and sleep, took adjustment, daughter not gone long.

Before marriage, I made my bed once a year whether it needed it or not.

Opal is always a step ahead.

Why does she need to make the bed?

Hubby & I have seperate rooms on seperate floors, He makes his bed because it’s visible from the rest of the house, mine is in the basement. lol. I do change the sheets however, he’s handicap & he’d never get it accomplished.

One of the advantages of marriage: It’s easier to make the bed, especially when changing the bedding, with two people.
