When my wife did it, she used a swiffer and usually showed the crud to me … close up.

And the moral to this story is “That’s when the argument started!”

After 50 years or so Earl should feel lucky he has someone else who sweeps the floor daily and appreciate it. Maybe even thank her for keeping the house nice once in a while, especially after he spilled motor oil on the carpeting and didn’t clean it up.

After all those years, she still really loves him…
