Grampa earned a gold star

Maybe Nelson found Peppermint Patty’s teachers’ missing gold stars (See this week’s Peanuts strips on Gocomics).

So many BAD places to put stickers…

Lessons learned: if you don’t move for long enough time, you’ll be reclassified as “a thing”

I predict that when Earl sees himself in a mirror, he not only won’t be annoyed by those stickers, he’ll want even more of them.

A couple of years ago, when my granddaughter was about two, she stuck a bunch of stickers all over my shirt (an old work shirt I wear around home). I refused to take them off, and even wore it that same evening to a pretty fancy birthday party of a friend, where of course I got a lot of comments. Eventually they would fall off, but to this day there is still one sticker left on the pocket.

My wife’s part of a ladies group and they had a party recently and one of the games involved each being given a sheet of stickers. The objective was to place as many stickers on someone else without them knowing. The who had placed the most won.

He’s gonna LOVE that..!!!!!

I used to work in a Christian bookstore. One day a boy and his grandma came in and the boy was looking around. He said, “Grandma, can I get some stickers?” In a scolding voice she said, “Oh, what are you going to do with stickers?” The confused little boy replied, “Stick ’em?”

I never got stickers, usually just a bunch of writing with a red pen…

He got rewarded for doing something he should be doing anyway? He should be punished for NOT doing it.

Maybe the sticker will enable Grandpa to go to those exclusive beaches for Sneeches with Stars upon Thars…
