It’s wicked of me, I know, but I get a lot of amusement out of the ferociously bitter quartodecimarian controversy that (w)racked the early Church, i.e. the question of when Easter should be celebrated. (Spoiler alert: important early Christian thinkers strenuously argued against “celebrating Easter” at all, on the very reasonable grounds that every Friday is a celebration (as it were) of the crucifixion, and every Sunday a celebration of the resurrection, and it’s theologically as well as rationally incomprehensible to nominate any particular Friday/Sunday as special somehow. But alas, many see paradox as prime proof of sacerdness.)
Oh God-Man, You should have increased the amount of empathy when You were creating humans. And the amount of critical intelligence. What, You didn’t create us?
And God-man rescues the babe, and returns her to grateful parents. Then, on her 11th birthday, they complete her indoctrination into their faith with the Tuesdists ritual of removing one of her hands.

There was a new Tom The Dancing Bug this week. GoComics is not showing it, even to premium members, and they should explain why.
