I certainly remember Jack Carter, but I also remember John Carter. Evidently I’m one of the few who liked that film. But then I also liked Dune.

I could be wrong, but I think that was a character created by Edgar Rice Burroughs. I believe it was part of his Mars or fantasy series.

Jack Carter as one of the funniest stand up comics ever. Appeared very often with Ed Sullivan.

Even before I read the comments, I assumed that Jack Carter was a comedian.

Now BC and Wizard of Id are stuck!

Why are we stuck with the April 9th comic still?

Yep, it looks like Id classics has suddenly stopped updating… and it not even the 1st of the month!

Gotta be old to remember Jack Carter on Sullivan. Even to remember the Beatles on Sullivan.

Running out of Classics comics is a skill at GoComics.

I got this reply back from technical support concerning the lack of updates for “Back to BC” and “Wizard of Id Classics”:

Those features are updated at the sole discretion of the creator. To that end, the creator has not updated and this is why you have not seen additional content. We have sent them a note to encourage them to update, but that’s the extent of what we can do.

Looks like Parker and Hart have run out of ideas. Same comic for 4 days in a row?!

Anybody know any good jokes?

This hasn’t changed for quite some time…..

It’s the creators that do the updates, not go comics. Go to their websites or their FB and politely request they update! If we flood them, should work.

Is this the extent of the Classics?

I certainly hope this strip and the other one will resume shortly…maybe on vacation….
