It took a while but the “Mickey” hat says it all.

I haven’t seen “Fantasia” in at least 30 years, and I can’t remember seeing references to it the comics. If the witch had said “Disneyland” instead of “Florida” it would’ve made the comic more clear. When I hear “Florida” I think of hurricanes, gators and “Florida Man” stories on the news.

Her new broom carries water and sweeps the corners.

So they’re not related to the “Wizard of Oz” witch…otherwise, why would they have buckets of water anywhere near them?

it’s hard to be an apprentice in wizardry and have to clean up the kitchen when you don’t know what spells to use correctly. Especially if you watch Disney’s longest classical music movie Fantasia

Yeah, I was thinking something very wrong at first and trying to figure it out.

Got the mouse ears right away, I had a pair when I was a preschooler. The Sorcerers Apprentice from Fantasia took me a minute. Going to have to watch that again it’s been a long time.

I noticed the ears but wondered about the extra arms holding the water buckets. Then I saw a comment that mentioned “Fantasia”. The brooms with arms carrying water is from “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” scene with Mickey is the likely inspiration.

She had her broom carry two buckets of water all the way from Disney World FOR A JOKE?
