Sometimes it’s better to admit your mistakes than trying to cover them up forever.

Clever idea for them all to wear hats. Would have been more suspicious to just put one on Wren. Too bad the plan didn’t work.

I tried cutting my own hair once when I was little, it did NOT go well. Somehow, I’d thought my parents wouldn’t notice! Of course, my mom found the hair I’d cut in the trashcan, and after taking me to the barber to get my ends cleaned up, she and my dad gave me a week long punishment.

You know that Wanda can clearly see the lack of bangs underneath Wren’s cap, right Zoe?

Well, offhand, I’d say the cat is out of the bag.

So much for “mums the word”.

Let’s just be thankful it’s just the bangs. Could have been much worse! Love the hat idea, though. Good for prolonging the inevitable.

And after hours under the hot lights, Zoe confesses

They should have capped going.

If Hammie had just left the scene after the snip, he would be in the clear. But by suggesting hats, he became an accessory. So much for him being the most aware character in the strip.

For as much “kid trouble” as they get into, they break pretty easily. Well, Hammie tends to hold out longer. But Zoe has always had a big mouth. It’s kinda her thing.

Those are caps, not hats. Hats have a brim all the way around.

i’d have to say but don’t really remember but there was a time i couldn’t stop thinking about the white horse in the 70’s.
