    Mrs uses it for borscht (beet soup) and marvelous cabbage rolls. I use it as a biodegradable wadding for rockets.

    “Eat cabbage uncooked it’s very good for your skin”. Had an old woman tell me that when I had a bit of acne in my teens. It worked. I sliced it up with raw carrots, salt, pepper and a tiny bit of rice vinegar.
