Had a professor from India and I was half awake in class. She was talking about the floor. ??? It was a biology class. I was mystified enough to listen for a while till I realized she was saying FLOWER with a heavy accent.

Got a nice little laugh from this “comic” relief. Simplicity from a child’s perspective.

That much flour would clog the bag in the vaccuum cleaner and possibly cause the motor to overheat. If that is not a carpeted floor you can simply sweep it up and then mop the floor. Otherwise, if you have a shop vac, use that because the air to cool the motor is not the same air that goes thru the bag and the filter on a shop vac is easier to clean.

My great-great nephew is going to be the “ring bear” at his aunt’s wedding. He thinks he’ll be in costume, so I knitted him a bear hat to wear.

Who will be by her side as the “ring bear”?? It involves a lot of growling down the aisle.

Very much so, and she is a good mechanic, per past strips. It would not surprise me if she gave Brad some of the car images. Items might move around, though.

Many years ago when I had a business as a mobile DJ, I did a backyard wedding. They had a very young child as a ring bearer and as he followed the procession to the bridal arch, he tossed the ring pillow into the swimming pool. Thank goodness that the ring wasn’t actually on the pillow.I really can’t believe the crazy things I saw during that time.

Her father is parent in absence as he is a loser. No one knows about Mom…I still think it could be Ann Eiffel. Interesting way to bring her back into the picture.

Two of my three least favorite characters. Pick up TJ and trade them all to another comic strip for a future draft choice. KeepToni, but make her a sexy. undercover cop. That girl needs some action, not baby sitting and planning a wedding.

For those who want a Luann NYC story, today’s Luann Again is based in Gotham.

Slow day at the Evanses ….. Next Shannon dumps the bridal bucket all over the wetting cake.

I think it’s a little too easy to call Shannon a brat. She used to be much brattier, a whiner, and demanding character but over the last few years (remember we are in Luannverse a totally alternative time universe) she has become more loving, less whining, or quite as demanding, and a lot of this has to do with her being babysat, basically nearly raised by Brad and Toni, and sometimes with a little help from Luann. She is just playing like little kids will do and has the ability to be the most honest, tell you exactly what you might not want to hear voice in the strip. I am not totally sure on her mom, and strip historians can verify that more accurately than I can, but her dad is Toni’s brother who is pursing a career in acting presumably in Hollywood, and essentially Brad and Toni are practically raising her. She looks at them as proto-parents, and really Loves Bwad (although maybe she is getting over that lisp?). He is becoming more like I think his dad was to him as a little kid to her, and becoming more responsible simply by dealing with her prepossessing personality. Once you know the back story, and have seen her in action you will realize that while she can be a handful, and will tell you exactly what you might not want to hear, to simply conclude that she is a brat is not justified..

Should have been a daily. The gag would have been kinda weak, even then.

Yes, they ended it after only six days, before anything interesting could happen.-Thomas, if you are indeed a newbie rather than a troll, you will quickly learn that with few exceptions the Sunday edition does not continue the weekday storylines.-This is because there are some newspapers which only carry Luann on Sundays. With some of the story arcs we’ve been subjected to, sometimes I don’t blame them.
