Gotham city juries are really tough on clowns.

Crocodile tears seem to be the in thing for felons these days. Show a few tears, express true remorse to push the sympathy button for juries, while laughing up their sleeves at the whole thing. Academy award stuff.

If being creepy were a crime, James Carville and Steve Bannon would be serving life sentences.
