Completely off topic and out of left field: I went through my big gift box yesterday and realized that I only need to buy one more gift; however, I have two gifts to finish, a knitted blanket and a diamond dots picture, and they are severely aggravating my ulcer!

“Random Food Woman”….I think I called my wife that one time around dinner time…I never saw the shoe that contacted the occipital lobe area of my skull but when I woke up, I never used that term again. I also spoke with a British accent for a while…bloody hell.

I’m wondering what Goldie’s trying to tell Random Food Woman.

May I request the boops, prayers, and good vibes of the Orb? I had yet another procedure on my back on Wednesday, this time to – in layman’s terms – burn off nerve endings around my spine (more detail here: https://mayfieldclinic.com/pe-rf_ablation.htm) … and I experienced a bit more bleeding than I had with the facet injections (my fault – I forgot that I was supposed to stop all NSAIDs for a few days prior). I am on day 3 with an ice pack across my lower back, which is sporting a fairly severe bruise. Also I have elf duty for the next four days, so sitting isn’t going to be an option.

This might not be your official “gotcha day,” but Goldie my dear—you’ve been got!

Coming in out of the cold but with a cold. Goldie’s tribulations are not over, I fear.

We now have our own NO-NO bottle at my house and my parents house for His Majesty. Yes we wrote NO-NO on both bottles too. His Majesty learned how to get onto counters and into sinks yesterday. The bottle is to unlearn his little butt. It comes in handy at meal time too.

I’m sure Georgia just took us on the same roller coaster ride of emotions she felt when she first realized Goldie had been abandoned. In addition to giving us a lesson about abandoned cats, she gave us an art lesson on how the shape of the eyes and a few lines here and there can cover the the full range of feline emotions! Well done, Georgia.
