This may be blasphemy, but I think Puck’s facepaw is more epic than Captain Picard’s. Just sayin’.

I love Puck’s comforting paw on Goldie’s shoulder. He is so sweet! Those toe beans are cute too.

What’s going on with pucks face in the last panel?

While Puck’s facepaw is awesome, I want to point out that Goldie’s expression in the last panel is pretty cute, too. =3

My only thought is, this is sort of depiction of something that actually happened. And Lupin was this irrational.

This seems like a response sometimes seen when the youngest kid in a family is no longer the youngest. He’s accustomed to things being a certain way and change like that can be hard. It takes time to adjust to that. Everyone handles change differently. I appreciate the “realness” shown here. Things that upset people/cats aren’t always rational.

I think it may be time for an intervention. Ordinarily I would say that Lupin just needs some extra cuddles but he is becoming irrational. Maybe the rational cats could invite him to the laundry room so Tabitha can remind him what good manners are. It’s too bad he can’t get out; I would be inclined to send him to the barn to chill with Bert for a bit.

Lupin knows that the people have a hoard of kibble: he found it in the cabinet.

Quick question for Goldie: I’ve noticed your eyes change color sometimes in the comic. Is this just a printing error or is it intentional?

if Lupin were given too much to eat he’d just throw it up anyway…..unless he’s the sort that can moderate himself but he’s not displaying that behavior with this series….

I never got why Lupin was so angry about Goldie. Elvis isn’t even puffing up.

Having just added a kitten to the pack, I can say that he is the one sharing all the food. Apparently only kitten food is good enough for the girls now and cat chow is no longer a valid type of food. The kitten little eat the adult food but the girls but the old ladies won’t. Pretty soon everyone will be in for a rude awakening when kitten food is no longer an option.

OT – An update and thank you!!

Poor defeated Puck, acknowledging that a calm, friendly, rational explanation is not doing one bit of good where Lupin is concerned. And poor Goldie too; she looks sad in the last panel.

Goldie is no red headed stranger, she’s family. Get used to it Lupin. :D

Goldie is a darling. ❀ I love the way she says “dude” like a cool cat! :) I sure have missed you all ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((Orbsters)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Life threw me a real curve ball, and that’s putting it lightly. I’m alright though. I’m currently living in New Zealand for the time being, taking a sabbatical. Husband and I are getting divorced. There’s just way too much drama in there that I’d rather not go into. A great many invaluable life lessons have been learned and I take away both precious memories and wisdom from the past five years. All will be well.
