Location is right. His won’t do. Not being close to easy shopping stress me out. ;-)

Perfect. A good first step to de-Stressing your life is to stop worrying about how much stress other people have in their lives.

Actually location is the strongest need when choosing a physical site to set up a new business. Right or wrong, it’s still the beginning of continued stress. As to the guru, his stress begins when he tries to find a privy on that mountain.

And feng shui.

All alone on a mountain and almost no visitors. No COVID-19, plus no political and media panic.

I thought he’d say turning off the “news” or getting away from the “news”.
