Wizard of Id by Parker and Hart for November 26, 2020

My niece would starve! She only likes the side dishes. There is nothing but turkey on their table! Not even a glass of whatever-kills-the-germs!

Remember – Thanksgiving is the one day in the year you can tell everyone to “Get Stuffed!” with every meaning behind it. ;)

Notice that the wizard and his wife are seated as far apart as possible at that table.

I see legs but no wings on the turkey.

Guess it never occurred to me, there isn’t a Queen.

Is “Id” an American state?

Shouldn’t Spook be there or is that him on the table?

I hope the Spook is getting a little turkey with his swill.

And with Wiz at the table, you don’t need any cutlery for the turkey…he can just zap carve the turkey…

This is me, giving you thanks.

Wher’s the Spook ?

No eating or carving utensils, no side dishes, no glasses or beverages. I suppose the Wizard will conjure up what’s missing when the fourth wall closes.

Also, no one has a drink. Can’t eat turkey without water to drink. Guaranteed to choke.

Can’t help noticing the resemblance of the wizard’s wife to the big woman in B.C. comics. She must be an ancestor…
