The election is over. Biden won in a landslide. It wasn’t even close.

All he is going to do is turn off Georgia voters, going on Faux “News” on Sunday and telling them that their upcoming special senate election is rigged and there is no point in voting, then echoed by truly lunatic fired Trump lawyer Sidney Powell doubling down and telling them the same discredited lie that there is no point in voting because the same machines that flipped votes are still being used.

• Joe Biden won the actual vote of the people by MORE THAN SIX MILLION.

• Joe Biden won the Electoral College by a margin Trump called a LANDSLIDE four years ago.

• The only cheating and rigging was by Trump and the Republicans, trying to suppress minority voters including trying to destroy the Postal Service to sabotage mail ballots, but it was not enough for Trumpsters to steal the election.

• Even Trump’s own hand-picked appointee as election security expert, knowing that it would probably cost him his job (it did), certified that this was the most secure election in modern times.

• Trumpsters have offered all kinds of bizarre conspiracy theories, and hold up unverified props on their POOP-aganda sites such as OAN, Alex Jones and Newsmax, but when they get in court have ZERO EVIDENCE and repeatedly admit that there is not fraud.

The election is over. Trump lost.

The whiny crybaby sore losers have never lost an election in which they got the most votes. Democrats lost two elections with the most votes (2000 and 2016) in a 16-year period, yet conceded gracefully within a day of the election results being verified and a smooth transition across party lines occurred in both cases.

Trump is an enemy of democracy and an enemy of the United States.

I just hope the President-Eject runs again in 2024. I can’t wait to hear the machinations he will try to pull over everyone’s eyes when he comes in dead last in the Primary Election.

I hate walking down the center of a busy road. I can see validity to both sides of the conversation along this road, and I also see what lies in the gutter on both sides. As a rookie cop in the Philly PD, years ago (late 60’s, early 70’s), I was assigned to pick up “flash returns” from the voting polls. This gave a quick readout, an unofficial one, of the voting results. Polls were supposed to close at 7pm. When I went to several of the polling places to pick up the returns, I was told to come back later. I observed persons working at the polling places writing names on the sign in sheets while another would go to the voting machines. I (naively) reported this action to my immediate supervisor, a sergeant, and stated someone should compare the handwriting on the sign in sheets to detect fraud. He said he would pass on this information. Two days later, I found myself removed from my regular patrol car and was assigned to a remote walking beat. After several weeks I was allowed back to regular patrol with the admonishment to, “Stick to police work.”Need I say that Philadelphia is a staunchly Democratic city?I saw this type of problem coming with the “victory” by Al Franken several years ago. Franken was trailing by only a few hundred votes when suddenly over 700 votes were “discovered” in the trunk of a car. Low and behold, Franken won. 99% of the found votes were for Franken. Since I would have to use a wheelchair to “walk” a beat nowadays, I’ll stick my neck out again and make another recommendation. All ballots, especially paper and mail in ballots, should be accompanied with a fingerprint of the voter. The ballots could be run through an AFIS (automated fingerprint identification system) to assure only one vote is cast by one person. Developing a type of paper sensitive to receiving a fingerprint is easily developed. It would go a long way to prevent ballot harvesting. I fully expect to be excoriated for making such a horrendous suggestion. Have at it.
