It’s bear pun time again! As the day goes on, the puns will grow Ursa and worser. The aftermath will be Grizzly—definitely not a Kodiak moment. And we’ve bearly scratched the surface!

I’m going to have to clean crayons off my monitor tomorrow

Actually if I take it into the local pint shop they can print it out 36 × 48 and the grandkids can colour all day. I’m going to go back and get a few of the old ones too

Oh! I needed this! I am working on a section of my writing that is full of fight scenes. Blood, guts, and gore everywhere! The string of bones in this strip… is just making it so much easier! Don’t run out of Red Crayons folks!

As much as I love the Wiley Bears, those bones & caps reminds me of an early Gary Larson Far Side of a Bear family bedtime: (Papa Bear) – Okay kids, one more time then it’s time for bed (picks up two skulls with caps): " Hey Bob, do you think there are any bears in this cave?" “I don’t know Jim. Let’s take a look”.

Wiley, Thank you for today. When my wife of 58 years [tomorrow] saw those bears, the gloom of recent weeks just faded away. Her face just shone, the way it does when our sons are here. If there is an alternate treatment for The Covid-19 Blues it is laughter and love. Stay safe and be well.

How do we know it will be better? Just because your side won does not mean that the world will get better, it will get worse in so many other ways (and I’m not talking political).

Man I miss Wiley Bears in my newspaper!I’ve written the Editors many times but they still won’t budge and get rid of crappy “Classic Nancy”. How long can they make us pay? Even “Cheat-o” has a shelf-life date of 1/17/21 (TG), can’t we just move on and get back to real?
