I don’t think Mr. Trudeau is up with the latest findings; vaxxed people are dying like flies, and the US is the worst country in the world for Covid stats. Sweden, that did nothing, loses one person a day and has herd immunity. India has no problems, and treats people with Ivermectin. It works.

    Reported midsummer:

Associated Press analysis of available government data from May 2021 shows that “breakthrough” infections in fully vaccinated people accounted for fewer than 1,200 of more than 107,000 COVID-19 hospitalizations. That’s about 1.1%.

And only about 150 of the more than 18,000 COVID-19 deaths in May were in fully vaccinated people. That translates to about 0.8%, or five deaths per day on average. (Many of the vaccinated who die have comorbidity issues.)

Still, the overall trend that emerges from the data echoes what many health care authorities are seeing around the country and what top experts are saying.

Andy Slavitt, a former adviser to the Biden administration on COVID-19, suggested that 98% to 99% of the Americans dying of the coronavirus are unvaccinated. CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said on Tuesday that the vaccine is so effective that “nearly every death, especially among adults, due to COVID-19, is, at this point, entirely preventable.” She called such deaths “particularly tragic.”

In Italy Covid is trickling down day by day. Not disappeared (it will NEVER do) but life has re-started. Why and how? Simple answer: VACCINE and masks. We are not as civilized as USA, we do not sell guns like carrots, we do not call fascists and racists “republican presidents”, but about 75% of the whole population got 2 shots and we keep wearing masks in closed or crowded places, on train, buses and movie theatres (almost…). And people refusing vaccine (or “green pass”) are slowly but steadily being excluded from normal life. No-vax workers are suspended without pay, no-pass doctors are kicked out from hospitals and forbidden to practice. Italy may have less political-correctness than USA, but we have smaller cemeteries.

You know…I’m at the point where I would almost support the Anti-Vaxxers, as this has become the FASTEST way to remove a large percentage of the stupidest members of the population at large from the Gene Pool. Keep it up, guys and gals, help improve America and die, hopefully BEFORE you reproduce, or give the virus to someone innocent who happens to come in contact with your moronic butts!! Over time their numbers WILL be dropping, as THEY are dropping…

Sadly, I seriously think the least believable part of this comic is the last panel, where the anti-vaxxers show some level of awareness. Realistically, if the actual avatar of COVID showed up and told them what it was up to, they’d probably just tell it that it was wrong and they knew better.

If we had had a president (instead of a traitor) we would NOT have had nearly as many deaths as we had—and continue to have. A president would no more have politicized this disease than he would have politicized chicken pox—or gravity. Traitor Trump is responsible, both directly and indirectly, for more deaths of United States citizens than any other person (to use the term loosely in his case) in history. It’s true that plenty of governors in the Godawful Obsolete Party have licked Trump’s boots and kissed Trump’s ass—on Covid as on other things. This does not mean that they admire Trump: in fact, having some semblance of intelligence, they have contempt for Trump. But they want the votes of Trump’s base (and of course, having SOME semblance of intelligence, they have contempt for those morons), and thus we have the boot-licking and the ass-kissing. And the continuing unnecessary suffering and deaths, all originating from Traitor Trump’s politicizing of a non-political virus.

Still under review but the methodology appears to be sound.

“Although the Public Health Agency of Canada did not, initially, report higher rates of myocarditis compared to background historical trends, clinicians in our health region were aware of the phenomenon. A local task force was convened by Ottawa region cardiologists based at the 4 main admitting hospitals – and a decision taken to centralize admissions and investigations for post-vaccine inflammation at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.”

“This was a prospective case series of all patients presenting to a single academic center with a suspected diagnosis of post vaccine myocarditis or pericarditis. The electronic health record was used to identify all patients with a compatible admission diagnosis between 1st June until 31st July 2021.”

    Long story short.

During this period in Ottawa there were 15,997 doses of Moderna vaccine, and 16,382 doses of Pfizer vaccine administered over the study period, for a total of 32,379 doses. 32 cases were identified as linked to the injection of the vaccine.

“Incidence of myopericarditis overall was approximately 10 cases for every 10,000 inoculations.”

“The median age was 33 years (18-65 years).”

10-1 Male-Female. 80% developed symptoms shortly after the 2nd dose.

FYI, myocarditis is listed as a “Rare Disorder”. Not well tracked, estimates between 10-20 cases per 100,000 population in the US. Which means, at minimum, a 500% increase in cases among vaccinated patients.

I’d like to see Trudeau address some of the problems currently facing the country like the boarder, Hunter Biden, Afghanistan, the rising prices and the world’s loss of confidence in us. Years ago he used to be relevant. Now he’s just a Biden coat holder. Once a week he let’s us know how much he hated Trump. He’s always been in the left’s pocket but at least he was funny. Now he’s just in the pocket.

The crazy thing is that the right wingers don’t realize that the last laugh is on them. They have been and will be the ones who will get sick and die if they don’t get the vaccine. Those of us who realize the value of the vaccine will be on our way out of this soon. We will just have to keep up with the booster shots. This was never going to be a one shot and you’re done situation, since we have too many who aren’t getting the shots and are willing to be hosts. Covid doesn’t care about ideology. Covid only cares about having willing hosts, and unfortunately we have too many of them around for the time being.
