Most women would definitely appreciate bad problem men to stop doing what they do, Guys feel the same way about bad problem women, Thank you Rat……

A famous quality consultant back in the day, W. Edwards Deming once said (something like), “Why do I need to do something else? Why can’t we just stop doing what is causing damage?” He was referring to annual employee reviews at the time.

I suspect many people are grateful to see Rat leaving.
