I thought that Lupin is deaf, how does he know what people are saying?

I’m wondering how much of this week is observed behaviour of the real cats around a water, uh, fountain. I’m thinking, crowding and taking turns, yes. The little cups they are drinking from… no?

I said it yesterday, but it’s still cracking me up today. Real cat water bowl, cats holding paper cups. For some reason, this particular juxtaposition is just too hilarious for me. I can suspend belief that the cats are wearing clothes, yet I want to yell, “No, you’re supposed to lap up the water!” I’m losing it.

I am, however. Invisible Lupin always cracks me up.

This just is not fair. I know I am going to be snickering about Invisible Lupin all day. And I would like to know who framed Kit. Writing this for a friend.

I love their startled expressions in panel two, and then how in the last panel Pucky still looks confused while Goldie and Elvis seem to realize that Lupin is up to his old tricks.

Never paint the walls white in an area where Lupin might show up.

O.T. – update on Wayne. His surgery was yesterday afternoon and all went well. The cancer was removed, he tolerated the anesthesia well, but of course now has a cather and bag to deal with for a few days. They told him he could drive after 24 hrs, but I can’t imagine how that would be comfortable. They’re trying to get his reconstruction surgery scheduled soon. Wayne and his S.O. thank you again for the support.
