Honesty from Rat is, well what can I say …

Serious. I’ve moved many times over the years. If you’re moving in-town and only have regular sized items [no pianos] the best thing is to find some high school/college age kids and pay them a flat fee. I used a co-workers son and his friends and the move went great. They were eager to get done but were also afraid of me giving Mom a bad report.

Rat would not be Rat if he would not pepper the situation with an sarcastic afterthought.

I agree with the end of Rat’s last statement. Moving does suck. Been involved in at least twelve different moves in my life, lucky I don’t remember the first three or so. But the rest….

Well when you’re a really little kid moving seems fun. At least to me being a little kid they seemed fun. But you get older (personally, that’s around 8 or 9), and it just becomes a headache.

Just as well not to give Rat your new address.

Rat pretty much covers all the bases for his refusal. He is a friendless (Pig, his housemate, doesn’t count), lazy, spiteful, misanthrope….

My favorite answer to this question was Phoebe from Friends: “I wish I could, but…I don’t want to” …
