How we got stuck with cats

Especially considering the alternative.

Good thing porcupines don’t do that.

Humans love affection……. And saber tooth cats love fresh meat.

The domestication of early humans.

I would not want to see the fur-ball that that cat coughs up.

I recall reading an article in Scientific American on the domestication of various animals: dogs, sheep, pigs, cattle, the horse … They are not sure that cats are fully domesticated.

This was evidently before domesticated cats, so the guy might be excused for not picking up on the signs of affection.

I love the new guy. Hope they keep him in the strip.

I know when my cat is sitting on the chair looking at me, she’s really thinking, “If I had another 250 lbs on me, I could take this guy out”

Hmmmmm – never had to say that to my Yellow Labrador; but then again, I’ve never run out of Kibbles.
