ALL over the Internet? That’s a bit of an exaggeration. With only 45,000 fans (at last announcement from Bets) that’s not even a drop in the bucket. The Internet is vast and unless you know what you are looking for, a bit of a challenge to navigate. Meaning who told TF to look at these particular site? It ouldn’t be little birdie name ???? GEe, I wonder who could it be.

That is, without a doubt, the most guilty-sounding “surprise” ever uttered in this strip.

Tiffany should have more sense than that. She should have known by age 10 not to open her house up to the general public.

Masterful drawing of Tiffany in panel 3, to capture surprise, busted, hope all one expression. I’m frankly on Tiffany’s side here. While she is still at the mansion, she is trying to make it on her own and pay her own way. Dad has not been present to guide or instruct her, so she’s doing what a lot of young adults do, mucking about the best she can.

Tom is upset, but what did he expect? This is what happens when you never come home and your family understands that they can do whatever they want because you don’t really care about them. Tiffany said nothing to him? Not even that she’s hosting Bets? Honestly, given Tom’s continue absence, I don’t see it as something wrong and I hope that now this man, who loves being miles away from his daughter, doesn’t think he’s in charge and doesn’t come out telling Tiffany to make Bets go away.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Mr. F looks like he’s about to throw the book at Tiffany but has long shown a tendency to wimp out on dramatic moments like this. Where I could see Tiifany being thrown out of the house and disowned, in all likelihood the ’Rent will relent or even praise Tiffany.

So turning her dad’s mansion into a less secure, unorganized, home-invasion-burglary-ready version of Cubesmart was a dumb idea. Who knew.

What’s Tiff’s next move? This’ll be interesting…

The children in this comic never suffer any consequences for their rude and insolent behaviors, so I would be very surprised to see anything happen to Tiffany for this massive blunder. Anyone who defends what she did is out of their minds!

Maaaaaaybe should’ve asked permission before turning dad’s property into a storage unit.

Likely that Mr.F is pleased that Tiff is making money on her own enterprise, but not by her misguided method. Tiff is pretty good for an abandoned kid.

Tiffany is trying to make light of this situation, but I wonder if dear ole dad is or will be impressed with her talent and enthusiasm, or will he want it all gone and the locks and security changed. =8-o

5 days left! What will happen to Tiffany?

I predict dad will be impressed once Tiffany explains all to him. He’ll set some rules, like, stop advertising and take down the sign. I think dad will not try to punish her or throw her out as some have predicted.

Too many are trying to make Tom Farrell the bad guy here. Tiffany did something stupid, and needs to own that.

What possible surprise would Tiffany have for her dad? She makes it sound like this is all for him.

This story is dragging and boring (at least to me)

Dad returns, and takes Bets as his mistress. Tiff marries Ox, and they adopt Gunther. Ernie Bushmiller ( of “Nancy”) takes over the strip, and the arcs become one day long.

I’m looking forward to see comments from the surving members of TOS, as well as the Uhura from ST; Strange New Worlds.

It may turn out that Tom decides to sell his house and winds up getting a good price due to all the Internet exposure.

It appears that Tiff wants to follow in her Dad’s footsteps. Only one problem. She seems to over react on this. Daddy doesn’t like it one bit.

What’s going on, sir… is that your daughter has provided a good number of reasons for you to put your busy job on the backburner and spend more time with her.

Once you’ve grounded her, of course.

If Tom Farrell weren’t such a short-sighted, hot-headed, absentee dad, maybe he’d congratulate his daughter on her entrepreneurship in utilizing and monetizing the otherwise empty manse! Harumph!

Tom Farrell may be an absentee dad, but he has an ADULT daughter whom he trusted and expected to show some signs of having a brain. I don’t know how anyone would think that what she did was acceptable and I’m calling bs on the boo-hoo-hoo’s for the poor little dumb rich girl.
