Calvin has suggested to Hobbes that Dad’s “boring” image may be a front for a superhero identity but Hobbes, as usual, was more realistic. In one Sunday strip, Calvin fantasised that he had found Mom and Dad changing into their superhero identities.
LOL :) The irony. The Countess is getting a pair of knee-high, high-heel boots for Christmas. :) They will go with the pair of tights that match the Bengals black uniform pants I got for her earlier. No kidding. :)
Hmmm….Christmas shopping ideas for my wife this year: Patriotic leotard? Check. A cape? A bit superfluous, but Check. Knee-high, high-heeled boots? Oh, baby…Check!
Calvin’s story might not have been believable to Ms. Wormwood, but as least he didn’t bring something venomous to school…never mind how I know you get in trouble for doing that…
The correct response is for his mother to write a note to the teacher, saying, “I find that very concerning. Calvin has been told many times not to reveal that to anyone. Please forget everything he said.”

One thing about Cal’s school reports — they’re never dull. Other kids really enjoy them and the teacher’s reaction.

The problem with being a superhero nowadays is that there are fewer and fewer phone booths to change in.
