Giving up one’s freedom for prosperity and comfort and security. That’s exactly what Austrians did in the 1930s. Then one day, they woke up and the swastika was flying in the town square.
I’m paraphrasing Maria von Trapp in her address to a private group in the 1970’s.
For the GQP and Tories this to consider – You steal a few food items because your family is hungry or because you cannot pay your parking fines because your 2 or 3 jobs still do not provide the liquid income to pay for off street parking and you end up in jail. Happens all the time. You go to Club Fed? Nope. You get to go to This Property and These People Are Condemned. You rip off a few millions or hoard a bunch of papers that do not belong to you but other businesses or governments might be quite interested in. Do you see a day in jail even at the Club Fed level? Ha! Actual crimes should get punished but punishment without a way to turn your life around is little more than torture. Harsh punishment for petty crimes is torture and no punishment for traitors and grifters is the GQP idea of a free pass
No orange hair so not sure what’s happening here. plus I don’t see any secret service agents protecting him, which is another expense. lol on conjugal visits. Abomination in she hulk had 7-8 groupies and yes he has a better hair cut but wowo.

A stable address, 3 meals a day, and free medical care. It’s all how you frame it.

That’s the great thing about robbing a bank. Whether you get caught or not, you’re financially set for at least the next decade.

Did you hear about the guy who committed a crime to go to jail to get away from his wife? They convicted him, then gave him house arrest. :)
