In a trust fall, it’s very important for the catcher to be aware that that is what is happening – otherwise it’s risky to both catcher and catchee.

Here is a little known life lesson. If you are going to do a trust fall, do a beforehand safety check preparation to see if the catcher doesn’t have a really sharp pointy arrow or spear sticking out of his backpack that could smart if you fall on it!
