Looks like Blaze is going to get more story time than Lizz ever got.

I don’t think the Art arc is done just yet… these are the last few gasps before the next arc starts up… Art and Sue’s parts may be over, but the strip is winding down till the weekend or the start of next week, I think…

Here’s a thought … maybe when a story is winding down & Mike really only has 1 or 2 days of story material, instead of stretching it out over a week, he should just let Shelley draw whatever she wants. Shelley’s art always has entertainment value.

The story will finish tomorrow, don’t think it’ll go into Sunday. Where I think we may get a start of the new story.

It looks like Blaze is going up the stairs of a police station. Maybe she is visiting Lee at work and being greeted by staff member. The staff may be quite familiar with her by now.

Something is telling me… because Blaze was involved with the takedown (peripherally), that the perps now coming in will see her, break away and take revenge. Either that, or somehow word will reach 99 and she’ll go after Blaze.

Either way, Blaze is in danger.

Then again, I could be way off… ;-)

Just to update y’all…next Friday the 17th I’m going to my primary care provider to get (in my mind, a totally unnecessary) physical so that I can get an EKG done, which apparently IS necessary for my kidney stone procedure which is going to be on Saturday the 18th…I still don’t have a specific time set for the procedure next Saturday (they’ll call me with the time) but I was told I’d wait between 3 to 4 hours possibly before I get taken in, and the procedure itself is only a half hour long…I won’t be in work for the following week so I’ll be at home the entire time..they didn’t say how long the “recovery” was going to be, but they said at least 3 days out of work…and after the procedure I can’t drive for 24 hours so my manager told me that instead of being out Sunday thru Tuesday she’s just gonna used my accrued time off (33 hours or so) to cover the week…what this means for YOU is that with a week of downtime, I’m hoping to get at LEAST one more chapter done in my Dick Tracy story…I’ll repost the link once its up

I wrote early in the story that Blaze might be needed to give Sue Reel a pep talk on how to get out of an “Abusive relationship”—-so I’ve got my fingers crossed for Sue.

As for the paper bag,Lee Ebony forgot her shoes again.

It’s taking forever to do Art Dekko’s mug shots.He keeps complaining they’re shooting his bad side.

Dekko’s been caught, we abruptly cut to another character. I’d be inclined to think this is the start of a new story…if Blaze hadn’t had such a prominent (and crucial) role in Dekko’s story.

Instead, the main thing I’m thinking about now is what happens if Dekko sees Blaze at the station being friendly with the police. Dekko’s met her when she spied on his shop (where she provided the police with the name Paul Chandler, the final key for the MCU to figure out what Dekko’s grand scheme is). If Dekko sees her there, he’ll know she had something to do with unravelling his grand scheme, even if he wouldn’t what that was.

Results could be interesting…

My guess is Blaze is about to “officially” meet Sue (whom she had already met once at the Furry convention)

Seeing cheerful Blaze gives me a lift from this call center hell (until my workplace blocks gocomics in the future). I like this :D

But look back on the strip and you’ll see Sue Reel usually has a blank expression on her face;like she’s perfectly willing to let somebody else make all the big decisions for her.Did she go back to Dekko out of DEFEAT???

Got a call this afternoon from the stone center…my procedure is scheduled for 8:15am and should take about 2 hours total…including wait time, procedure and recovery…except my ride isn’t allowed in the building so he has to find a way to keep himself occupied for that time lol
