Actually, I would say he nailed it.

Seeing things that aren’t there may be a good dream, but bad for somebody piloting a space station.

Yet Brewster will remain Captain of the R.U.Sirius!

It’s no wonder since his eyes look closed.

The eye chart spells the name of a Lithuanian fellow I go bowling with on Tuesdays here in Milwaukee.

Oh eye see.

I like Brewster’s vision better than reality.

Better than seeing dead people… Seems like I see them whenever I look at US money.

What a wonderful world it would be…

When I was in second or third grade my Mom took me to the eye doctor for the first time. He asked me to read the chart on the wall and I said, “What chart?” My Mom was so embarrassed because she thought I was being a smart alec. He pointed but I still said that I didn’t see a chart. He walked all the way down (you remember back then they had long narrow rooms to place the eye chart so far away) to the chart and said, “This chart right here.” I said, “Oh that. Well that top one might be an E but I can’t read anything else.” Then my Mom realized just how bad my eyesight was.
