In our neighborhood, we’re voting for the school board. The teacher-backed candidates have yard signs, and the MAGA candidates are using texts and junk mail.
Used to be flyers hanging on the door. Then the propaganda carriers started banging on the the doors when I am busy. Mail contains 8×10 cardboard posters of blather usually against another idiot. Totally useless.
I truly appreciate those that simply say ‘please vote’ but don’t favor a candidate. That implies that I am intelligent enough to make my own choices. Wish the candidates followed that idea.
My wife and I vote in every election even the special elections. So we are on EVERYBODY’s mailing list.
I live in a red district so I get the Reich Wing propaganda. Also because of previous donations, I get Left Wing mail. I vote by candidate, not party.
I did get a mailing from the Republican National Committee. On the outside of the envelope it read, “What you need to know about the Republican Party.” I sent it back with “January 6th is all I need to know.”

Feed a pigeon once and the whole flock will hang around and beg. You should have fed that first one…

100% Such a waste of resources/time/money. Doesn’t make a bit of difference.
