There’s an escape room game Advent calendar that came out last summer, The Silent Storm. The premise is that Santa’s workshop was originally built at the South Pole, but you as the player decide to relocate it north because of Roald Amundsen and all of the other tourists following after him. Guess there was another move after that.
Wow, Mr. Nick works remote! Here’s some other tentative names… Deep Socks Nine… ToyStaR Us… Orbit Sugar Freeze… Ion Deere… The Reindeer Stable Orbit… Xmas Geostationery… Space Cold Sweatshop… Thank you, I’ll see myself out

Santa must be magical since that’s not how geosynchronous orbits work.

OK, wasn’t expecting that. This is fun!

Must be magic. Don’t think that’s a possible orbit otherwise. A polar orbit would pass over both poles, but not hover over just one.

Looks like something Darth Vader built. (Maybe after he came back to the Light Side, he started working for Santa and upgraded his work place.)

So it’s the origin of the Black Knight conspiracy OR the source of Nikola Tesla’s planetary radio signals from 1907. Cool!
