It happened to me. Back when I moved out of my parent’s place and off to college, I was making the 700 mile round trip drive to SoCal every weekend to look at places for rent. Mid summer, 100 degree temps, more head of cattle then I have ever seen in one place, and sprinklers to keep them cool (and unfortunately, the manure wet). To this day, it is the worst smell I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. My tire could have blown out 5-minutes later, but no. It had to blow out right by Coalinga.
I was about to ask why Adam didn’t have a spare in his trunk. But then, the spare he carries isn’t the kind that fits on a car. And even if he did have one, I doubt he would know how to install it. When I was 12, I had to teach my mom how to change a flat.

see, Adam. The whole “smartness” thing is overrated. It’s all about having the luck to pass a day without a mishap.

Shouldn’t Adam be asking himself that question?

Cows are smarter than that human.

While changing the tire, watch out for the bull. He might gore your nuts.

After the cow changes the tire, you have to tip her.

Hop on the cow and tell it to find a tire repair place.

And you don’t!……

Compare and contrast: a cow would never ask that question.
